Poor mental health is one of the biggest issues in the workplace today, causing millions of lost working days each year. These days are due to everything from the most commonly experienced symptoms of stress and anxiety, right through to more complex mental health conditions, such as depression, bipolar disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Promoting mental health at work is important both among management and your staff. Bluezone has created a simple e-learning course that can be issued to all employees to promote an understanding and awareness of mental health and wellbeing.
