Return to Work Induction Training
Following the temporary closure of most businesses during the worst phase of the current COVID-19 pandemic the Return to Work Safely Induction Training Protocol is designed to support employers and workers to put measures in place that will prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace.
The latest guidance from the HSA and Irish Government (amongst others), is that before a workplace reopens there will be 19 Induction Training for all workers, to make sure that they are up to speed on public health and guidance.

by the end of this course learners will understand:
- COVID -19 Background
- COVID -19 Symptoms
- COVID -19 Self-isolation
- What should staff do if feeling unwell with COVID -19
- Employer & employee responsibilities
- Hand hygiene and infection control of COVID -19
- Social/Physical distancing at work
- Use of PPE (if applicable) at work
- Mental Health Awareness at work
Who is this course suitable for:
All employees required to take induction training before returning to work.

Learners normally complete the training and assessment within 20 minutes.
Our working safely training course contains 7 fully interactive training sections for the learner to work through at their own pace. The 7th section is a working safely assessment to show understanding.
Each learner needs an individual e-mail. Courses can be taken on Desktop, Tablet or Mobile.
Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will receive an email with their certificate.
