These days are due to everything from the most commonly experienced symptoms of stress and anxiety, right through to more complex mental health conditions, such as depression, bipolar disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Who is this course suitable for:
All employees, this course is about reducing the stigma of mental health in the workplace and encouraging employees to be more aware of self care and considerations for those with mental health conditions.
Learners normally complete the training and assessment within 45 minutes.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing for all at Work training course contains 5 fully interactive training sections including video for the learner to work through at their own pace. The 5th section contains 3 questions to show understanding.
Each learner needs an individual e-mail and an consistent internet connection. Courses can be taken on Desktop, Tablet or Mobile.
Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will receive an email with their certificate.
